30 Minute Swimming Lessons
School Term Swimming Lessons – (booked on a regular weekly schedule). One lesson per week, for 10 weeks. Pay as you go each week (booked in for the school term). Small classes ensure direct focus on each child in the lesson. *Any missed lessons MUST be paid for and made up within 2 weeks. *Bond for reserving regular weekly booked lessons: 2 weeks payment in advance. 2 weeks notice is required when cancelling booking or bond will be forfeited.

SQUAD TRAINING

Squad
Swimming Squads – School Term 3 (10 weeks):
• 1 session/week
• 2 sessions/week
• 3 sessions/week
• 4 sessions/week

Adult Squad
Catering to all levels from beginner to advanced – whether you’re starting out or a seasoned athlete adult squad sessions will push you to improvement. On Monday and Wednesday, consisting of mostly freestyle, improving your stroke, technique, breathing, and endurance with a series of drills and swim sets. Each squad session goes for 1 hour. Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The benefits of a workout in water can equal those gained through exercising on land, and it’s suitable for all ages. Come in and try a class today!! Make yourself known to our friendly instructors; Myra, Simone and Lee-Ann. Ask our friendly staff about our class pass memberships which entitles you to 10 classes and huge savings.

Metaqua
Sally Walsh is the developer of the Metaqua Program. The name Metaqua means increasing your metabolism using water. It’s not aqua aerobics nor lap swimming, it is Metaqua. It’s a simple design using a pair of fins, kickboard or noodle. Metaqua™ rotates exercises around your body using your legs, arms, side & stomach.
