Bridgewater Angus Stud is located at “Myola”, Black Mountain, in the New England Tablelands of NSW at an elevation of 1300m.
Roger and Geralyn Flower have been breeding Angus cattle for more than 21 years and have since expanded their operation into the Stud business.
The “Myola” herd was one of the first to be used in the Angus Benchmarking Program, which formed the foundation of their stud females. Their latest acquisition has been the purchase of 21 stud females from the Wattletop Female dispersal sale, in May 2017.
The main focus of their operation is to produce high-quality Angus bulls for the commercial enterprise and high-performance weaners with good growth rates and marbling.

I launched Mindful Actions on World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2014. Feedback has been amazing! I especially love the fact that people are now coming back and purchasing multiple copies to give away to clients or friends. This lines up perfectly with my passionate purpose which is to help people who are struggling with their thoughts.

Together with Lifehouse Care the SleepBus Fundraiser is well on the way to reaching the target goal of $100,000 to bring this hotel pod on wheels to Coffs Harbour for emergency overnight accommodation. I had the honour and privilege of being involved on the day. A very big thankyou to Doris Rake for organising the event, and to Alison Paul from NBN news for her talented MC'ing, and thank you to all attendees, bidders and donators (especially one very generous couple who donated $20,000). Lastly a personal thank you to my wonderful and very supportive wife Janie Bourne for handling the Door Entry and Raffle Ticket sales.
The event was held on Saturday the 13th of May at Coffs Surf Club Restaurant and Bar.
Coffs Harbour mountain bike rider, surf lifesaver, businessman, hubby and dad Michael Bourne has used a not-so-pleasant cycling accident to help others. He noticed the hospital could do with another set of wheels… a self-propelled wheelchair to be precise, so he turned to his Facebook friends for help. Having located a near-new $1500 high-end wheelchair for $300, Michael asked for donations and within three hours, hit his target. Today, Michael handed over the ultra-light wheelchair to Chief Physiotherapist Greg Ewart (in the blue shirt) where it will be …

By sponsoring my participation in Laps for Life, you'll be helping ReachOut achieve its mission of ensuring that all young people have the support they need to be happy and well.
